Promoting foster care in Northern Ontario

At Key Assets Fostering, we have been afforded a unique opportunity to spread the message of foster care in Northern Ontario.

Local television channels are to run a short feature on Key Assets Fostering to highlight the new foster care program, ‘Caring for Our Own Children’, which aims to recruit local foster parents to prevent young people from being relocated.

The film features our Program Director, Pauline Murphy, and Head of Social Work Practice International Development, Gabrielle Jerome.

With increased local awareness, we are hoping to attract potential foster parents from across James Bay and the surrounding areas.
