Key Assets Fostering will strive to be the leading Independent Fostering Agency in Canada. We will continue to break new ground in developing and offering a range of creative services for children and youth in public care, working in partnership with statutory bodies and foster parents, to meet their specific needs and deliver positive outcomes.

Key Assets Fostering will maintain a positive public image, influence policy and practice and will continue to respond to the needs of the community in a manner that is innovative, sustainable, proactive, and focused on growth and development.

To meet this goal we will:

  • Provide effective support to foster parents and families
  • Continuously recruit and retain excellent employees and foster parents
  • Encourage and provide ongoing learning and development opportunities for employees, foster parents, children and young people
  • Place participation and consultation with children, foster parents and employees at the heart of our work
